But people don't have that wisdom. That is why we have libel and slander laws. That is why we designate certain words or phrases as unacceptable in public discourse. I disagree that we have an absolute right to say anything we want at any time. Encouraging people to act violently toward each other is one example that should be stopped, deliberately publishing misinformation that hurts or kills people should be another.
