Great article. I worked in Finance, and I rarely got to work with Black men or women - in fact, most of the few Blacks I did work with were immigrants from Africa, so I can't call accurately call them African Americans (I think). What was so interesting to me is that it was a major corporation, and there were very few Black men or women. Yet the CEO was Black.

And yet further it was certainly diverse, as about a third were native-born White, a third Chinese immigrants (or 2nd generation), and a third Indian immigrants (or 2nd generation). At least where I worked.
