This author says Haque is an economist. His education is in neuroscience and business. That does not qualify him as an economist. You don't become an economist simply by calling yourself one.

Actually I don't feel any of those things. I learned early not to read articles by Haque, and have blocked him. His philosophy seems to be, "If you can't say anything cataclysmic, don't say anything at all".
