I agree that there should be more Black or BIPOC therapists, just as there should be more of the same in every profession. But these professions are not simply awarded - they are earned, via many years of education. If we want more Black therapists, we need get more advanced education for Black people. That is a serious deficit that should be a top priority in the US.
