I am such a person, but I don't like living in my country any more. It's not the country I grew up in and was always told about how it was so perfect. It has become a nasty place to live if you follow what happens in public, dangerous for many, and the future looks bleak.

Fortunately I recently received my Canadian citizenship, and I am researching the details of emigration.
