I can understand your sentiment. But it is the exceptions that would disprove your rule. Suppose and all-White jury was trying a White celebrity who shot up a Black church. Or an all Black jury trying a Black man who robbed a Korean liquor store. Justice is served on both the person being tried, and the victim of the crime. It is not a zero-sum game.
