I was nicer in my reply, I am hoping he has data from somewhere that I can't see. But if he can't provide the data, he should delete this and never publish again until he gets his act together.

This is the kind of article we should report to Medium. I reported one that was clear robot plagiarism and they removed it and banned the author. I wonder if they would do the same for someone publishing blatantly false information.
