I wonder if there is anything they could do or say , or not do or say, that would satisfy you. Sounds to me like they are trying very hard to live up to your expectations, yet they never quite get there. Perhaps that is why they rejoice when they get high "anti-racism" scores, because that is the only measure of success they get.
