If Dems had the votes in the Senate and the WH, and if they had the political will, they would pass massive legislation to end voter suppression, make voting day a holiday, make mail voting universal, slash the influence of money and pacs in campaigns and overturn Citizens' United, shorten the campaign season, pass massive lobbying laws, pass legislation to reduce misinformation in social media, change the pres election to a popular vote, and strengthen laws against outside influence.

Then in all the states we win this cycle, gerrymander the hell out of the districts until Republicants are reduced to a whiny bunch of permanent opposition candidates. They would not have the chance to re-pack the courts.
