In my post above I suggest $150-$200K each (one time) would be about $5 trillion, and in the realm of "40 acres and a mule".

But there are other forms. Education support would be a big one, something we ironically are turning away from. Black or indigenous citizen-owned development corporations can create opportunities.

Cash is simplest. Monthly payments would probably be most efficient in lifting Blacks up, but that would carry negative connotations of welfare, so a one-time check would probably be better.
