It is hard to think of reasons other than racism to explain the discrepancy between Blacks and Whites without racism lurking in the background. Even if you were a MAGAt and you want to call Blacks ignorant or lazy, you couldn't even make those claims without inserting 400 years of oppression as the root cause.
