Lauren has never said she was smarter or better educated or wiser. She is commenting on his political ideology and how it plays out in American politics. The savior that Obama promised to be never materialized. Instead we got a centrist, Wall Street apologist who failed the Democratic party. He pandered to the progressive vote, until he got in office, upon which he abandoned progressives to favor those with billions to donate. He failed the American left.

And, by the way, I'll take him on in any contest you want to prove intellectual ability or education. Obama was better than Bush, better than Reagan, and far better than Trump. He was more liberal than Clinton. But that is the best you can say about him.
