Let me ask a simple question. What, if anything, would convince you that a White person was NOT racist? With the assumption that all White people are racist, and with the additional restriction that if you say you are not racist that means you are racist, it appears that there is no way for White people to ever become non-racist. Have you ever met a White person that YOU do not consider to be racist?
