Check out the other articles "published' by "Theo Lyons". They are all reprints from thegovepolitics.com, and all of the articles are like this, full of grammatical errors, misplaced words, and even nonsensical titles. The site itself appears to be some kind of spinner, as Cherry suggests, and this author is just cutting and pasting. It is phony.
