Normally I don't do back-and-forths with religious people, as logic does not work. But this one is just too rich. What are the odds that this could have happened by chance? That's easy - by definition, even. You should have asked, "What are the odds that this would have happened?", and the answer would be probably one in a million, one in a thousand, whatever, a very small probability. But considering that the N in this - millions of air travelers per day, millions of people going to meet them - the odds of it happening several times per day in many places all over the country are very good.
And you're right. I don't have the mental capacity to grasp something as complex as god. Neither do you. If I ask you why a benevolent, omnipotent god would cause, or at least allow, so many horrible tragedies to happen to so many good people every day, your answer is almost assuredly "God works in mysterious ways." So you don't have the capacity to grasp god either. You just simply believe, and ignore the contradictions.
What I do have is the mental capacity to evaluate evidence, to read and understand science, and to apply logic and reason to the facts presented to me. This is a mental capacity that is completely sidestepped in the argument for why there is a god. I won't say that you don't have the mental capacity to understand science, reason and logic. Just that you ignore them when it comes to your belief in god..
