Oh, please. Just stop. Even at it's height the estate tax allowed for a substantial transfer of wealth between generations. It just put a limit, to prevent a new aristocracy, what this nation was founded to avoid. And there is no "massive transfer of wealth" to Blacks that I can see coming. The estate tax will affect Black families far, far less than White families. This is tilting at windmills.
