The slogan has always meant “Black lives matter too”, or, “you may not think Black lives matter, but they do”. “Blue Lives Matter” or “All Lives Matter” are slogans created by the less aware or intelligent to twist the slogan into something it isn’t, which you seem to have taken to heart. And BLM does not “allows slogans like fuck the police and burn it down”, that is just more of the same made up bullshit from right wing radicals, nazis, and White terrorists.
