"Redlining and flat-out theft of existing Black-owned homes..." Redlining is itself a theft of Black-owned homes - homes that would have been owned by Black families if not for racial discrimination. When Whites move into those homes, it bears similarities to when one population takes over the homes of another population after an ethnic cleansing. If you can't see the need for reparations on at least this issue, you are beyond hope.
