So? What's the issue? China has the money, based on the manufacturing that they stole from the US. If they want to throw that money around to make friends, thinking they are going to dominate the world, let them. The countries they are seducing will be better off than when we or the UK were their benefactors.

But it will not result in a massive new world order. Much of what they do will be a giant money suck, and they are going to find out that the payback is not so great. They are empire building, and history shows that empires grow, prosper for a while, then crumble under their own weight.
