Spot on. Every Black author is focused on "racism" and why the only solution is to convince White men to stop being racist. Which they then say we can't because we are White men. Trying to change attitudes is a long-term process fraught with failure.

What should be the focus is ending RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. That CAN be fixed in a much shorter time frame. But discrimination never seems to be the focus, just racist attitudes.
