The god we are discussing here is the omnipotent spiritual being that is called GOD — be it Yahweh, Buddha, Christ, Muhammed, or any other human-defined deity. If you insist there is a Christian God, prove it. Agnostics are honest, but only up to a point — they say that there is no proof of God, but they will hold out in case there is. That, I believe, as a former agnostic, is a cowardly cop out. An atheist will say that there is absolutely no evidence of an omnipotent spiritual entity, and we do not accept the notion of “well, it could be true …”
