Uh uh. There are several prolific writers on Medium who write long articles like "Yes, All White People are Racist". Not to mention stars such as Te Nahisi Coates.

You make good points, similar to those I have made on these pages. I achieved the exalted status of "White Woker" from Catherine Pugh. But the key point is that if you spend your energy trying to get White people to be less "White", you have less to spend on trying to end the systemic racism OUTCOMES, such as racial differentials in policing, employment, education, redlining, race-based gerrymandering and voter suppression, health care, etc.

It seems that some people think that if you can get White people to stop being racist, the changes to outcomes will follow. That is one idea, but it would take generations. IMHO the best procedure would be just the opposite - change the laws and the behavior first, the cultural changes will follow.
