The thing I find most fascinating about Rand is how she divided society into doers and takers, yet toward the end of her life she lived primarily on Social Security and welfare, and died penniless. So, was she a doer, or a taker? C'mon, Randians, life is zero-sum, right? Which is she? More importantly, how would she be described in her own framework?
