There is another reason to reject Pascal's Wager. It assumes certain qualities and behavior about God and heaven and hell. The wager assumes that God is not a moralistic deity that rewards goodness and upstanding behavior, but instead is a malignant narcissist (kind of like a recent president we know) who rewards only love for and devotion to him. If God was truly benevolent, he would not care if you believed in him as long as you lived a life of good moral values. It speaks to the two major differences in the conception of God.
