Uh uh. It does say that race is a social and cultural construct, but it also says that it has been used to oppress and exploit people of color. It does not suggest, as you imply, that we should just ignore race. In fact, CRT proposes that racism is fully embedded in the law and legal and other institutions in America.

I reviewed the link you provided to see if it said something unique, but it does not read at all like you suggest.
