Yeah, sure, all of these things said have racial undertones. They are based on stereotypes, absolutely. But if these statements, which are normally made with good intentions, trigger you and make you angry or anxious, the problem is not White people. Maybe you need to examine your own sense of self-worth.

People make offhand comments, usually as a way of making conversation, all the time, and they often have some phrase that could be offensive in some way. Black people have no qualm about laughing at White people dancing. If you get so terribly offended at such remarks it will result in - well, screeds like this. Perhaps it would be best if you just warn people to be very, very careful of each word, and examine every phrase ahead of time for some possible racial undertone that could trigger you. Or maybe just decline any conversation with a White person in the future.
